There is lots to do around Chacewater Holiday Park with both coasts within easy reach and Truro just 6 miles away. Chacewater Park is near the mineral tramways trails that pass much of Cornwall's historic mining heritage.

Our Great Location

Just minutes off the A30 in the centre of West Cornwall we are ideally located to explore all of Cornwall and our central location means that a host of attractions are within easy reach saving you time and fuel.

Our nearest beaches are on the spectacular north coast at Portreath, St Agnes and Porthtowan and right on our doorstep is the stunning Mineral Tramways Coast to Coast Trail which runs from Portreath to Devoran on the south coast.

Truro; Cornwall’s capital city is nearby, along with Trelissick Gardens, owned by the National Trust. Tehidy Country Park; just to the north, has 250 acres of beautiful woodland with trails.

Whether it’s a round of Golf or a riverboat ride along the River Fal, we have a wealth of local knowledge, information and ideas to help you make the most of your stay.

A short distance from our entrance there are regular bus services to Truro, Redruth, Penzance and St Ives.
